Agreement to Terms
By using Less Carbon’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Less Carbon provides carbon footprint assessment services including:
- Greenhouse gas emissions calculations
- AASB S2 compliant reporting
- Compliance documentation
- Industry benchmarking
- Optional monitoring subscriptions
Service Tiers and Pricing
Our services are offered in tiered packages based on business size:
- Tier 1 (1-10 employees): $1,995 + GST
- Tier 2 (11-25 employees): $2,995 + GST
- Tier 3 (26-50 employees): $4,995 + GST
- Tier 4 (51-100 employees): $7,995 + GST
- Enterprise (100+ employees): Custom pricing
All prices exclude GST. GST will be added at checkout.
Prices are subject to change. Current pricing applies at time of purchase.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required before assessment begins
- Accepted methods: Westpac Pay by Link, PayID, bank transfer
- Payment plans available for amounts over $5,000 (subject to approval)
- All payments in Australian dollars (AUD)
Service Delivery
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
- Rush delivery: 3 business days (+$500 + GST)
- Urgent delivery: 24 hours (+$1,500 + GST)
Delivery timelines begin after:
- Payment is confirmed
- All required data is provided
- Any missing information is received
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply supporting documentation (bills, receipts, records)
- Respond to clarification requests within 5 business days
- Review draft reports within 3 business days
- Use reports in accordance with applicable standards
Data Usage and Consent
By using our services, you consent to:
- Collection and processing of your business data
- Anonymised aggregation of emissions data for benchmarking
- Use of data to improve our services and methodologies
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@lesscarbon.com.au
Intellectual Property
All reports, methodologies, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Less Carbon. You receive a licence to use the report for your business purposes.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our reports
- Claim our methodology as your own
- Remove our branding from reports
Accuracy and Limitations
Our assessments are based on:
- Information you provide
- NGER 2025 emission factors
- Industry-standard calculation methodologies
- Reasonable assumptions where data is incomplete
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but cannot guarantee:
- Acceptance by all third parties
- Specific compliance outcomes
- Emissions
